Basic Package $1500 ex GST Gerkies - $1500 (ex GST) (Start of Ceremony to end of group pictures at the Ceremony. No Reception Videography) • 3 hours attendance • 2 x Gerkies Staff • 1 – 3 min Highlight Wedding Video • 2 x Cameras • 1 x Lapel mic, High Quality Audio • Wedding music soundtrack • Ceremony • 2 x Cameras • 1 x Mic for Bride or Groom • Group / Family / Bride and Groom pictures • Following photographer for setup shots at Ceremony (No additional locations included) • 2 x Cameras Postponement of Event – Gerkies will work hard to rearrange dates and manage prior commitments. Cancelation of Event – Gerkies will refund 100% of paid deposit if notified in writing 30 days prior to wedding date. Gerkies will retain 25% of paid deposit if cancelled less than 30 days prior to wedding date. Customisation of Package – Gerkies will work hard with you to create your ideal package. Package content to be finalised prior to deposit. Inclement Weather – Gerkies will work to mitigate damage to production equipment and will use alternative equipment where possible, however production services cannot be guaranteed if weather is extreme. Cancellation Policy

Cancelation of Event – Gerkies will refund 100% of paid deposit if notified in writing 30 days prior to event date. Gerkies will retain 25% of paid deposit if cancelled less than 30 days prior to event date.
